Phase 2.0

The 2nd phase of the series progresses into heavier weights and increases the challenge on your muscles to increase metabolism. Whether you are progressing from Phase 1.0 or ready to Challenge yourself with a muscle shaping and strengthening program!

  • build shapely muscles for accentuate curves 

  • grow Glutes

  • strength training and interval cardio
