Private Personal Training

  • Completely individualized programs

  • For those that have limitation that need to be addressed with more supervised attention within the training program, such as

    • post-injury/surgery

    • pre/postpartum

  • Prefers working in a private setting with special details for specific physique and/or performance goals

Semi-Private Personal Training

Women Only.  Maximum 3 in session

  • semi-tailored, progressive program 

  • may need some 1-1 assistance and attention and also feels comfortable with some hands-off

  • motivated in group settings
